Spuddy`s Tavern in Mentor

A little pricey for draft beer, but the quantity was ample, the food was excellent, best burger qualifier! Service was very good but to be honest, it wasn't that busy, NOT saying it wouldn't be the same with a bigger crowd, I'm willing to risk it if and when the occasion happens.

Arrived around 2 with a couple friends . Ordered food. Waitress was amazing. Had drinks and shots. New shift came on. We are still drinking and enjoying ourselves. Stepped outside for friends to smoke and was approached by a waitress asking us to give up our seating because we had been outside for a while and they had a line. I had said no because I do not smoke and we wanted to go back inside. She had a major attitude and was giving us dirty looks all night. Our total bill was over $100.00 . Is this how you really treat your customers? Why were we singled out? Terrible terrible terrible second shift waitress

Food was great, the beer was cold the servers were on point. I dont give 5 stars lightly. What a great atmosphere! Highly recommended.

Spuddy's has incredible chicken parmesan, spaghetti and meatballs and garlic bread. I could spend my whole life trying to cook such delicious food and never come close. They are doing carry-out during this quarantine and my kids went nuts with how Yummy Spuddy's food is. This place is definitely a gem in Mentor on the Lake..you gotta try Spuddys! Wish I'd taken photos of our meals.. next time I will and add them to this post.

The food is really good but I can't say much for the interior. Every bar stool is ripped and very uncomfortable. I think you need to remodel somewhat. Some of the staff are a little unfriendly.

Spuddy's is one of the most influential establishments in Lake County. The staff.is stellar and what they do for the community is beyond word's.

Have been there many times. Always had been good. However tonight we placed order to go. Perch dinner was over cooked as was the clams and wings. Very dry and not edible!! Very disappointed!

Good staff, good atmosphere, great food. Gets packed around dinner time and pretty much stays that way all weekend.

We ordered the special hoping for quick service. After 45 minutes our waitress says they are plating your food now and 20 minutes later we walked. I cannot rate their food because we weren't important enough. They weren't even that busy

All You Can Eat Chicken Parm for $7.75 on Wednesdays. Comes with a single order of spaghetti and bread. Drinks are priced well and the other menu items I've had have been excellent as well.

Food service and staff is always good here. Make good drinks too.

Slow service and no one refilled drinks, the boneless wings looked like cut up chicken that they just threw in the fryer. Server was terrible.

Been here 3 times and every time we had problems. This 3rd time will be the last. The service is always horrible, they just don’t care really. We’ve been left waiting 20 minutes for service, waited up to 40 minutes for food to come out, even when it wasn’t busy. We were served molded spoiled food, and found hair in our Irish nachos. I looked up the past health violations and it was no surprise that they have a history of not storing food at proper temps or discarding outdated foods. Even though the food has been pretty good, we don’t trust Spuddy’s anymore.

With pitchers of long beaches and a juke box with a wyld range of music available at the drop of a dollar, this is an absolutely great place to spend a late Saturday night!
